BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS

• Enjoy a private dressing room.

• Our expert bridal stylists curate a selection of gowns for you.

• Appointments are approximately 1.5 hours.

• To preserve a private and elevated shopping experience for every bride, attendance is limited to the bride plus a maximum of three (3) guests. This policy allows our consultants to provide focused, uninterrupted service and ensures comfort for all parties in the salon. PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS by calling or email us.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in a shorter appointment.

SATURDAY BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS

• Please note that on Saturdays there is a non-refundable $100 appointment fee due to limited availability.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT

• If you’re coming back to shop with us for a second time, please select “Follow Up Appointment.”

VIP SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

• A two-hour extended appointment with a private stylist.

• Sweet treats to greet you in your dressing room.

• A complimentary bottle of bubbly for your party. Non-alcoholic options available upon request.

• $150, must be prepaid and is non-refundable.

PRIVEE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

• You will reserve the entire boutique to shop in total privacy on a Sunday. Please inquire directly for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• There is a $95 non-refundable cancellation fee for no-shows and appointment canceled within 24 hours on all appointments.
