Valentini by J'Aton is the latest addition to the Chic Parisien designer family. We picked up this collection after being wowed by the exquisite attention to detail, the perfect fabric choices and delicate touches to these modern gowns with a classic feel.

Ines Di Santo Spring 2018 at Chic Parisien
Ines Di Santo's latest show left us jaw dropped. The Chic Parisien team sat in a concert hall with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park and an orchestra played as an elaborate show of glittery, ornate dresses walked down the runway. You can imagine how excited we were when these dresses first visited Chic Parisien - and now they're back! And, the real icing on the cake, Ines Di Santo is coming with them.
We've decided to start the Ines Di Santo trunk show a bit early and extend this chic event through two weeks, culminating in a visit to the boutique by the legendary bridal designer herself.

Chic Favorites From Ines Di Santo's Latest Collection
The most recent Ines Di Santo collection featured a chic selection of silhouettes, details, and fabrics - but for us, it was the return of the classic ball gown that had us swooning.
We can't help but picture our future #realchicbrides in each and every new dress that she sent down the runway at Jazz at Lincoln Center, with a live orchestra scoring the background and the dramatic backdrop of New York City's Central Park peeking through the floor to ceiling windows. But it's when we get up close and personal with the dresses the next day at our appointment with the Ines Di Santo team that we really get to see the detail and chic craftsmanship that goes into each look.

Miss Universe Stefania Fernandez Wed In Chic Parisien Gown
Stefania Fernandez, Miss Universe 2009, was married in Cartagena, Colombia wearing Ines Di Santo. The Venezuelan beauty married Bernardo Asuaje in a dress by a Venezuelan designer and then changed into this gown that she found at Chic Parisien.

More Dresses, In More Sizes
We've been listening to our bride's feedback and have started ordering sample gowns in more sizes. We now carry a new collection of dresses, from a variety of designers, in more sizes.
Let us take a step back and explain; at Chic Parisien, as is the industry standard at high-end bridal boutiques, you find your dream dress using our in-store samples. Then, we take your measurements and place your order with our chic designers. Our designers create your custom gown, made-to-measure so that it fits you perfectly, but samples, traditionally, come in similar sizes to how the gowns are shown on the designer runway.
While offering sample sizing allows some brides to try on gowns in the boutique, others use the gowns as an example of fabric, look and feel and then place a bespoke order. Now at Chic Parisien, more brides can experience the fit of their gown before placing an order for their custom gown. We know that our beautiful brides come in all shapes and sizes and we want every bride's experience to be as special as possible.

Behind The Scene's At Berta's S/S 2018 Runway Show
We were backstage with Berta Bridal along with photographer Ray Santana to capture the exciting moments and final touches right before this runway show at the famed Plaza Hotel.
Berta, as you might know, is available here at Chic Parisien. The signature Berta look is defined by couture-quality. If you're looking at a Berta dress, you know it. They're sexy, elegant and truly chic.
The Spring / Summer 2018 collection was no exception. The palette skewed a bit more towards white and ivories than previous collections and we saw detailed lacework and stunning fabrics replace jewels and stones as the stand-out detail. One thing that we didn't see change? The plummeting v-neck is still very much in.
Dress Feature: Monique Lhuillier's Chantal
Monique Lhuillier strikes the perfect balance with the Chantal dress. We love the mix of classic lines, including the beautiful drop waist, airy skirt and the athletic and modern cut-out back, a fresh, bridal take on the racerback dress. With summer right around the corner, it's the perfect time to come in and try on this dress and others from the Fall 2017 collection.
Another Chic Day
It was a magical day when the very talented Vanessa Velez (photographer) and Soco Alicia (wedding planner) teamed up with us for an in-store shoot featuring some of our favorite dresses in stock right now. It didn't hurt to have the very chic Adrienne Ferreira, who you probably recognize by now from Instagram, as the model and the help of gowns by Ines Di Santo, Monique Lhuillier, Inbal Dror, Christos Costarellos and Mira Zwillinger.
We're extra excited to announce that TOMORROWVanessa, Adrienne and Soco are coming back for another shoot and we can't wait to see what we come up with this time!

Runway Report: Peter Langner
Peter Langner came out to take his bow after his Spring 2018 collection in New York wearing what looked a lot like a scientist's lab coat. Take that as a clue about the personality of the designer who showed us dresses with his signature architectural flair.
This collection struck a particular chord with us. We're seeing simpler, cleaner dresses take over and that is perfect, signature Peter Langner. Suddenly, this long-time friend of Chic Parisien feels like the designer du jour again.
Combine Italian handiwork with tradition and modernity and you have the perfect collection to inspire future #realchicbrides.

Inbal Dror Trunk Show
Inbal Dror has garnered what some would call a "cult following" around here. It's a favorite of the Miami bride who is a bit edgy, totally romantic and wants a balance of both sexy, fashion-forward and maybe a touch bohemian without going over the top.
